DevelopWell is a woman-owned and operated coaching and consulting practice that develops leaders and teams in values-driven organizations with a holistic and innovative approach. Our team brings years of experience from the technology, organizing, and People & Culture fields to ensure our clients are employing the best structures and practices that will allow their teams to achieve their full potential.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

Coaching is at the heart of our approach to provide leaders with the support and accountability to develop new skills and reach their next level of potential. First time managers, department leads, and Executive Directors all benefit from a combination of 1:1 coaching and peer-coaching sessions with one of our coaches.

ORGANIZATIONAL & HR CONSULTATION

Our team partners with you to strategically and holistically assess and develop your organization’s unique culture, structure, and people systems. Teams at any size or stage of growth can benefit from our knowledge and guidance to develop a sound organizational foundation and people practices.

WORKSHOP & RETREAT FACILITATION

Workshops and retreats allow teams to spend invaluable “offline” time together to focus on big picture topics, to align on their purpose, and to connect as people. Management cohorts, senior leadership teams, and entire organizations have joined our seasoned facilitators for workshops and retreats. Trainings range from 3-hour workshops, 1-2 day trainings, or up to 5 day off-site retreats.
