CUSTOM RETREAT
AND DESIGN FACILITATION

At DevelopWell, we love team retreats — we believe that they provide an incredible opportunity for organizations to strengthen their team’s foundation for taking on the big, important challenges ahead. We approach designing and facilitating retreats with intention, meaning — and of course, fun — to achieve your goals and have a fantastic experience.

We know that every team is unique; cookie cutter events just don’t work. That said, there are some core elements that give every team an advantage, so we work closely with you to weave these elements with your team culture to produce a cohesive, engaging, and one-of-a-kind experience.

  • Mission, Vision, and Purpose: “What are we doing, and why is what I do every day important?” By answering this question, we clarify the “north-star” goals for people in all levels of the organization, and work to connect the dots of their daily work into big-picture objectives. We want people to leave knowing why what they do each day matters.

  • Relationships with People: “Who are these people? What are their superpowers?” We want people to leave the retreat feeling seen, connected to more people across the team, and looking forward to working with them in the months ahead.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
We want the team to leave with a deep appreciation of who they are —both individually and collectively — what makes them unique, and what equips them to take on any challenge. When teams fully understand their strengths (and weaknesses), they will have the flexibility and resilience to take on any challenge.

“The DevelopWell team has provided invaluable support for our organization. They are able to come in with a high-level discovery process that holistically assesses what teams need from performance reviews to organizational strategy.
Throughout the process design and implementation, they are deeply invested and transparent about how to connect the dots to increase impact and improve organizational culture.”
