Lola Elfman is a Co-Active Certified Professional Coach who helps executive and emerging leaders establish their purpose, values, and actions to show up. She works with executive and senior leaders, emerging leaders, and managers with our retainer clients and facilitates our DevelopLeadership and DevelopManagement programs.

holly witherington, SHRM-SPC

Holly is a SHRM certified human resources professional. She works with clients on people-focused HR practice, specializing in with HR Managers or senior managers establishing healthy work cultures and practices. Holly also offers career and transition coaching for leaders looking to make professional transitions.

sonali arurkar, CPCC, ACC

Sonali an Executive and Leadership Coach. She believes game changing organizations are built by people who are inspired to contribute their best every day. Sonali enjoys working with high impact individuals to reach beyond what they thought was possible. Her clients push past limiting beliefs, explore new perspectives, and create more fulfilling professional and personal lives.

Sonali has 20 years of experience managing teams and building organizations in the social enterprise and nonprofit sectors. She has a passion for working with individuals who are focused on making the world a better place.

Tracey griffin

Tracey is a Certified Development and Leadership Coach who brings her passion for Conscious Leadership to her work. She believes that self-awareness is the path to becoming a conscious leader. Tracey is passionate about driving people to realize their greatest potential and achieve productive outcomes.
