DevelopSkills: Coaching vs Problem-Solving is a program for people who are looking to establish a deeper relationship with your people and teams, while also executing your own work in an improved and efficient way. This program provides a combination of individual support and group accountability as you put your new skills into action with your teams.

2-hour group workshops with a cohort of no more than 40 participants

Most managers think they are coaching their teams, when actually they are jumping right into solving problems. Facilitated by certified coaches, this workshop will give managers the tools they need to truly step back and coach people.

What you can expect
