These are flags to PAUSE and notice the urgency that’s present. It doesn’t meant you have to change everything, but it is a time when you can open up your recruitment and HR process to be more thoughtful and intentional. 

Together, we want to ensure that organizations implement thoughtful and inclusive HR and Hiring processes that improve from ones that reinforced bad practices. We also want applicants who apply to your organization to feel a sense of belonging, understand your workplace culture, and a real commitment to their success. This requires having Managers and Leaders who aren’t scared of change, but are willing to do the work to grow.
